1. There are no fees to join. 

2. ICOP manages additional pharmaceutical rebates based on total purchases of ICOP.

3. Practices can join and exit at any time.

4. For those practices that are involved in clinical research or want to be involved, ICOP does have an affiliate organization, Sargon Research.
